Personal data we process and why

Data	Purpose
Name, email, mobile number	Creating your account, signing you in, service and security messages, support
Organisation, role, plan, billing name, GSTIN	Running the workspace, invoicing and tax compliance
Sign-in records, device names, IP address, audit trail	Security, fraud prevention, and the accountability your organisation needs

The personal data your organisation stores about its clients and contacts is processed by us on your organisation's behalf; your organisation is the data fiduciary for it and gives its own notice to those people.

Your rights

To get a summary of your personal data and how it is processed.
To correct, complete, update or erase it.
To withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before, and some service emails are needed to run your account).
To nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
To have a grievance addressed, and then to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How to exercise them

Write to support@bharatamvinyas.com with "DPDP request" in the subject. Inside the app, a workspace administrator can also record and track a privacy request from Settings.
