Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-01 · Applies to every workspace on legal.bharatamvinyas.com and the Advocate Panel Android app.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Advocate Panel is a software service provided by Bharatam Vinyas ("we", "us") for advocates, law firms, legal departments and bar associations in India. These terms are an agreement between us and the organisation that creates a workspace ("you"). The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Your account and workspace

3. Free trial, plans and payment

4. Your data

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to break the professional conduct rules that bind you, to attack or overload the service, or to access another workspace's data. We may suspend a workspace that does so, after notice where the law and the urgency allow.

6. Service, support and changes

7. Professional responsibility

Advocate Panel is a tool. Diary dates, cause lists, reminders, document drafts and court data it shows must be checked by you; the advocate remains responsible for appearances, deadlines and advice. Reminders depend on the dates and contact details entered and on your messaging providers delivering them.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for a full export of your data. On closure we keep your data for 90 days so you can change your mind or export it, and then delete or anonymise it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first raised with us at support@bharatamvinyas.com; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of India.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the version date above changes and workspace owners are asked to accept the new version in the app.
